Evaluarea tehnicilor de înregistrare a ocluziei dentare: impactul asupra rezultatelor tratamentului protetic în practica stomatologică contemporană

Studiul a urmărit analiza comparativă a diferitor tipuri de ocluzografie, cu scoaterea în evidență a avantajelor și dezavantajelor fiecăruia în parte, în dependență de situația clinică. În acest scop au fost selectaţi, examinaţi complex şi trataţi protetic 45 (19 b., 26 f.) pacienţi, cu vârsta cuprinsă între 25 şi 53 de ani, cu diferite forme de anomalii ocluzale. Toți pacienții au fost supuși metodelor ocluzografice convenționale (hârtie de articulație) și digitale (T-scan) în comparație sau, în dependență de situația clinică, în combinație. Algoritmul clinico-tehnic de determinare și înregistrare a contactelor ocluzale a fost determinat de particularitățile cazurilor clinice. S-a constatat că, deși metodele moderne prezintă o serie de avantaje, atît clinice cît și ergonomice, utilizarea complementară a tehnicilor clasice (cantitative) conferă un plus în asigurarea unui rezultat optim în diagnosticarea, tratamentul si prevenția anomaliilor ocluzale la nivelul arcadelor dentare.
